For most part of the dinner service, it seemed like the only thing missing was the vuvuzelas been blown by 60 000 fans.

On entrance we were greeted by friendly staff members and escourted to our seats in a professional manner however that quickly changed when both tables on either side of our own started increasing their noise levels to such drastic measures that I was convinced I was sitting in a stadium when your supported team scored. It was intolerable and therefore we asked if we could move to another table; in response we were told that we cant be moved however they will stress the issue to both tables to drop their noise levels. That failed miserably as straight after, the noise levels got worse and nothing was done by staff or management thereafter. Management and staff members should ensure that every single table has an enjoyable experience regardless of the amount of people at a single table. The noise levels became so intolerable that all 13 of us decided to leave.

A restaurant that has a strict dresscode of smart casual should have a more professional conduct.

There is no issue with people enjoying themselves when out at a restaurant however one should be considerate of others around them.

The food on the other hand was good for the little that we did get to eat.
