Was helped very efficiently by Susan. By the end of the telephonic conversation with contract was ready to be downloaded and a while later it was emailed to me.
I received everything I ordered in the sizes I ordered on 14 April 2023 on 18 April 2023. Excellent service!

Discovery Insure phone within a minute after the impact and I was moerse impress on 8 October 2016 at around 7 am. Since then I am absolutely disgusted with the lack of communication, all I received is email after email asking for information about my previous insurer, how many more times are you going to ask to carry on with your stalling process? Strange that you picked up the details wrt my financing which was given in the same email as the previous insurer's details, which you also got when I applied for insurance…

Then, as Discovery Insure arrange to have my car towed away, they surely should've followed-up with details where I could collect my 30-day free rental? !!!! Only noticed on following the claim on the web (on Friday 28 October, clutching at straws), that I chose NOT to make use of it! Show me the proof!

Following the progress on the web is one-sided with just their emails asking for the same information again and again, not where I answered ALL of the emails and requested an idea of the timeframe and the progress made to date. When you phone Eugenia Chauke is busy on the phone, on Thursday 27 October she was not in en Minogue Moffat took over and I had some hope. Alas, NOTHING!!!!

And despite the fact that for most of last month I was without a car, they took off the WHOLE premium on 1 November 2016!

Received an email on 18 October confirming that the car was written (after I had to phone!), sent the required documents, received an SMS from the bank with the settlement amount on Tuesday 25 October (just a week later …), incidentally with the same amount as the latest statement which I emailed.

Stalling tactics,

· asking three times, once a week, for information that was already submitted (my previous insurer)!

· claiming that you have to ask the bank whether a replacement vehicle needs to be found, when you can calculated for yourself that the car is older than 12 months and then zero feedback!

· asking the bank for the HP agreement weeks after you have already contacted them for the settlement amount!

· who knows what next, more SILENCE !!!!!!!!!!!

And then the great nothing happened and is still happening, despite Charlene Davids asking Eugenia on every email whether they can authorise the claim.
