I booked a flight from Cape Town to Johannesburg and the booking went through twice for the same flight. This is my Travelstart reference : $referenceId, the first transaction declined due to my bank not validating payment and the app requested that I do a booking again. Please refund for duplicate booking

<p>I ordered a package about two weeks ago and I still did not receive it. i paid for fast shipping 2-3 days and the still did not send me the tracking number. I have been calling and emailing them because they blocked me in their FB page. I can't believe how the con people!</p>
