<p>I took out the membership in 2015.After only one month I could see that it was a big mistake and that this company is useless.Trying to get treatments from Milk and Honey was impossible.I was told by Patricia and Nick that the spa is going through renovations and that could be the reason the number just rings and why I struggled booking appointments.I asked that they cancel my membership immediately.After calling Nick several times who I was told is a consultant and a manager would cancel my membership he advised that it was.I then wanted it in writing and he never replied to my emails even though I sent it several times over a 2 month period.Almost 2 years later my account gets debited again.Diane explained that I never paid the cancellation fees that I would have been more than happy to pay to get rid of them forever.To date they are still debiting my account even though I blocked them at the bank.Sneaky parasites.I hope someone stops them and I can see their behaviour is a trend.Never in my life have I dealt with such degenerates.</p>
