I called Vodacom for a migration last year August. This year Feb 2018 I called for an upgrade and I was told that I did a migration and upgrade. Why would i do that? To me upgrade is a new phone. I am even paying less than I was before I called for migration. I guess the consultants get commission for upgrade, so he decided to make money out of me since i was already due for an upgrade. I specifically told him that i dont want upgrade because my phone is still fine. Now I want an upgrade and I cant have it due to this very silly and unethical behaviour. I called Vodacom 4 times already and all the consultants I spoke to say they will listen to the call and get back to me. I have been spending more than 30 minutes in these calls and I am so frustrated as i need a new phone asap
<p>I deposited R270 for my order of lipsticks on the 1st of September 2016. Stephanie Reddy acknowledged to have received my money and I have sent her proof of payment. I have not received lipsticks or my money back or communication from them. </p> <p> </p>
