Balustrades not completed
<p>Nobody responds, can't talk to anyone - nobody answers emails or messages. Paid in Oct - and still waiting for my balustrades to be completed. All telephone numbers listed leads to one lady, Chantal - who refuses to help. Various companies listed - Coolstair, Taylor Made Steel, Balustrades Gauteng - all the same people. No idea when or if the work I paid for will be completed; so they either extremely slow - or thieves - without contact - there's no way of telling!!</p>

Contract breach
<p>Signed a contract to build my house, with progress payments. Once Leon reached a point where he had taken most of my money - he stopped working on my house. He left my house incomplete and yet nearly 70% of the budget had been paid to him. He has robbed me of nearly R300 000. In additon, the building work that he did do - was sub-optimal - and in some places dangerous if not picked up and fixed. </p> <p>Do not use this contractor, by far the worst experience I've had!!</p>
