SAPGOC / Leon Nemusula
This is a negative review of a company named SAPGOC and its owner Leon Nemusula. After basic due diligence I engaged this company to do a very small construction job at my residence (partition wall) before using them on a larger project. This was to test them. I spent about an hour explaining to Leon the specifics of the partition wall that included a frame and door. His team arrived at my residence and did exactly the opposite of what was agreed to. Fortunately this was detected and I put a stop to the project and remind Leon of what had been agreed to. He went on to make excuses and the fact that he built "homes worth millions". The project was eventually completed; however, a few days later the door and frame had still not been installed and the plaster started cracking - pointing to shoddy workmanship. The door was non-standard size and his excuse was that he could not source the door. I eventually purchased a door and frame from my local hardware store - cut it to size - and installed it. All within a day. And i am not in construction, yet I was able to complete the project that a so-called professional could not. Point is: you do not pass or fail on big jobs. Its the small ones where one is tested. My advice to anyone wanting to use SAPGOC is: Leon can talk the talk, but he certainly cannot deliver. Use at your own peril.

Useless Thief
<p>Leon from SAPGOC is an untrustworthy thief along with his entire company.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />Stole money, did not complete the job, what he did complete has to be totally redone. Used inferior products and the professional standard of a clown!!! Do not use!!! Use anybody but him!!!!</p>

Contract breach
<p>Signed a contract to build my house, with progress payments. Once Leon reached a point where he had taken most of my money - he stopped working on my house. He left my house incomplete and yet nearly 70% of the budget had been paid to him. He has robbed me of nearly R300 000. In additon, the building work that he did do - was sub-optimal - and in some places dangerous if not picked up and fixed. </p> <p>Do not use this contractor, by far the worst experience I've had!!</p>
