Handed my phone in over a month ago. Ive been back 5 times to get it back but they keep coming up with excuses. Today they tried to give me an old broken phone that wasn't mine. I would advise against using this shop
The aggressive telephone sales to elderly clients is deplorable. My mother was terminally ill and mentally infirm when she was harassed into a 3 year contract over the the phone that cannot be cancelled despite her death. I would suggest Vodacom reconsider how it treats its elderly customers.
Caused damage to property then disappeared without delivering on what was paid for.
