Handed my phone in over a month ago. Ive been back 5 times to get it back but they keep coming up with excuses. Today they tried to give me an old broken phone that wasn't mine. I would advise against using this shop

I took my iPad to have the screen protector installed. However, the technician was distracted during the service and mistakenly took my phone instead, removing its screen protector rather than working on the iPad. When I pointed out the error, he refused to fix my phone’s screen protector and insisted that he didn't do anything wrong. His colleagues even supported his claim and imp**** that I was wrong for raising the issue. Due to the way the matter was handled, I will not be returning to that shop.

DO NOT USE THEM for any repairs to ANY phone. I replaced an OPPO screen yesterday, paid R1800 and thy screen doesn’t fit. Took it back and now apparently the screen only fits properly when the manufacturer the phone. What BS. BE WARNED

I took my Samsung Note 20 Ultra there for a battery replacement. They charged me R900. Got the phone back quickly and was initially impressed. Only to get home and the phone stopped charging or coming on during the night. I brought the phone back, they then told me that the motherboard had a fault, note that the phone worked flawlessly until I brought it to them for repair. I tried calling in to find out if there had been any progress on the phone, only to find that they were call forwarding my number to avoid me. I am now standing in their shop to get my phone and it has been 30min now while they scurry to find my property that they damaged. I observed the guy sitting at the desk take the plugged in ribbon cables and put them on his tongue to check for voltage. They used an old tooth brush with what appeared to be meth spirits to clean terminals. These guys are red lights across the dash. Take your phones elsewhere.
