DO NOT USE THEM for any repairs to ANY phone. I replaced an OPPO screen yesterday, paid R1800 and thy screen doesn’t fit. Took it back and now apparently the screen only fits properly when the manufacturer the phone. What BS. BE WARNED
I actually do not know why I am with FNB anymore. I have requested one of my accounts to be closed. I spoke to Lebogang on the chat and she says I need to pay the 267 first (account fee). I will close absolutely everything and take it to another bank if this Premier Account is not closed immediately, and I will NOT pay the account fee as I am not using the account. Every time there is a story, you must wait for this pending transaction blah blah blah, I did and now I want to close my account and she just says I can’t. This is not working for me. Please cancel everything, I will go to another bank like Capitec because goodness, this is too much

What a horrid bank!!!! I actually cannot believe I entrusted you with even 1 cent. So, I have been banking with fnb for probably 2 years now. I built up quite a credit record as I was able to get a limit of 60k on my card. Long story short, I was hijacked 2 weeks ago, my car was fully paid, it was MINE. Obviously I was paid out and I settled my credit card fully and app**** for finance. Wesbank informed me I need a paid up letter and in order to do this I must close the account. I do this and yesterday my finance was approved and all of a sudden retracted today. As a victim of this useless county’s crime and still traumatised they do this to me. I want nothing at all to do with fnb ever again. And I have proof of how rude your employees are to the dealers. Sis man. Cancel my Premier account immediately, This is seriously the worst service I have ever received and I pay my bum off on account fees every single month. I have transferred all my money to my trusted Capitec account, there is enough to cover what ever is pending. Please close my account immediately and if you dare take any money for account fees you have to deal with social media and I will go everywhere and tell EVERYONE what a ****ie bank you are. The cheek! FNB AND WESBANK SUCKS
I was informed that i can move to a Premier Account and opened the account and changed my debit orders to the Premier Account. I still have the Aspire Account and have been trying to close this for a month now, everytime i contact the chat on the app, they tell me there is a payment that ius still outstanding - it cannot be and that is a bad excuse. I want this account closed as well as the Savings Account attached to it. I WILL NOT PAY BANKING FEES ON THIS ASPIRE ACCOUNT THIS MONTH AT ALL - PLEASE CLOSE THESE ACCOUNT
I sent a request to my bank to switch my debit orders. Today Kiaan Pillay contacted me from Outsurance to just confirm all is legit. Wow, the service I have received from Outsurance have been great! Keep doing what you doing Kiaan!

Should someone make a mistake in the "business world" (nobody is perfect) how I rate service is how the problem is sorted out or "fixed". I want to commend Ntombi Tshabalala on the way she handled my complaint and ensured that my medical aid is sorted out ASAP. Thank you for your brilliant service Ntombi! Please keep it up!!!
I am extremely dissappointed with the service i have received from Ntombi Tsabalala from TendaHealth. I decided to join Bonitas but was still waiting for my current medical aid to send me a cancellation. I opted for the Bonfit and I am aware that there will be penalties but the took R5400 off my account WITHOUT MY PERMISSION on 2 January 2024. I informed Ntombi that I will take the medical aid, i am just waiting for my medical aid and she just activated the policy (probably because of commission purposes in December 2023. I then decided to go onto Bonfit as it is more affordable and I know that there will be some kind of additional payment but only about maybe R400 max. To my surprise it is R5400 and Ntombi did not even discuss the debit order with me (amount). My account is now in a overdraft of R1500 and it is having a huge impact on my payment profile and ITC. This is unacceptable and I will NOT give any notice, You and Bonitas will never ever see me again. You cant just take money from someones account as you please. This is horrible business practice and definately not Treating Customers Fairly (TCF). Horrible experience and I am with Bonitas for 3 days. CANCEL EVERYTHING AND I WILL NOT GIVE NOTICE. DEBIT ORDER ALREADE REVERSED ALTHOUGH IT COST ME R150.
I have moved over from another bank to FNB as i was not getting the assistance i needed. Since day 1 there was trouble, evenetually it was sorted out. Now, I booked a ticket on the Ebucks Travel app to unlock the Bonus Slow Lounge visits but apparently i do not qualify. On the e-bucks app however i followed the procedure and chose "click here" to unlock slow lounge visists and nothing is unlocked. This is false advertising and very very very poor custormer service. I have contacted the call centre and was transferred to 5 different people and then i got cut off. What kind of service is this???? Please can someone with the know how to do their job contact me urgently. I will go all over social media with this if not resolved.
