This is one company that's allergic to prompt customer service, transparent laison or communication and downright shady! I have been under DR for a good 6 years now with SFP, tried reaching out to Ch*** for withdrawal steps as she was the person who assisted with initiating the process, never really got help or a response, this was not long ago after signing up.Called in again to check how I could get help with getting clearance as I had settled the debt directly with the creditors and got settlement/paid up letters, this time I spoke to a Bath**** who wasn't really bothered and told me that they could not help me at that time as here is one debt outstanding...the only time I would get clearance was if that's settled, in pretty sure she was talking about a prescribed debt because I haven't had any calls to settle that account, it's not even on my credit report,never recieved summons for it till today...now recently, I sent the very same paid up letters to P****,Bar** who haven't even acknowledged my query on email. How difficult is it to get a clearance out of DR from summit financial partners guys???? If what I'm requesting is not possible, why isn't there anyone getting back to me and letting me know channels or procedures to follow because I need that flag removed from my profile!!! It's been six years for heaven's sake.

The lady that was operating at the kiosk on 02/08/2021 in the morning. Very rude and lacks customer service etiquette!!! Noticed how she was rude to an elderly person, a pensioner infact over a misunderstanding with a lotto ticket. When it wasy turn i was there to deposit money into a Tyme bank account, she was so impatient, kept shouting that she cant operate on two tills, "abantu bayadina, next thing people report us for bad service "... She told me, with her voice raised that she cant do a cardless deposit and proceeded to stand up, annoyed and all!!! This without explaining how cardless transactions work, she just mumbled whatever she did at the tyme bank rep who is also absolutely useless by the way and didnt help in any significant way,and then left me to decide to leave. I later called tyme bank to confirm the rubbish that cardless transactions are impossible, even when you have account details... They gave a far better explanation... This incident has left a bitter taste in my mouth and i rnded up closing the tyme bank account over it! I dont think i will ever even shop from Maponya mall's pnp!
A certain lady by the name of Nyeleti is so plain rude for a person n that interfaces with clients. Firstly saw her demeanor towards a customer , rolling her eyes at a lady customer after a little scuffle. When it was my turn, firstly i greeted her ans ahe just stared and never greeted back, i gave her my card and money for cash deposit, she then impatiently said "put your card in and pin" i did that, she asked for my thumb print to scan, i did so and in an annoyed voice said "put your thumb correctly tu" then rolled her eyes once again...she then mumbled something i couldnt gear, when i asked her what she had said, her response was "ai never mind" rolling her eyes yet again. I am disgusted with her attitude and lack of customer service etiquette!!!!
Have my order that was scheduled for delivery yesterday rescheduled for todat before 3pm...goods still havent been delivered. Checked reason for non delivery and lousy lie tgat i wasn't available to recieve parcel was written on there... Firstly, no takealot car came, hooted, neither did i get a call if they are so persistent that i wasn't available!!! Today been waiting, still same stunts, im sure they will write rubbish reason there as to why i didn't get my delivery... Im waiting for them to say i am not available, soon as it comes, im requesting refund, such an inconvenience
Not even deserving of a star rating, money deducted from my account but order never delivered... Their online support hasn't responded to query!!!!! Order shows to have been delivered on app, and worse even... They took a 10 percent tip I am so disgusted
How in the world is it that after 8 to 9 months of having paid off my nedbank credit card i still have no paid up letter. NEDBANK you are pathetic! Even after so many months,i called and was told the paid up letter would be ready the following day....its not over a week!
After my first review of Direct Axis on hellopeter,the only response i got was that they would look into my matter....i think over a week now. They are still looking into why they dont think i deserve a PAID UP letter pending since September 2019!
Been waiting on a paid up letter since last year September.....called in recently and was told the supervisor will prepare letter and send it through to me asap....its now end of the week
Been waiting for my paid up letter on a credit card since September 2019. This past monday i called nedbank and the consultant took my details and told me some **** story about the letter only being ready the next day. Its now the end of the week,nothing from NEDBANK....worst service ever
