Bad service from prosperity

My mother passed away on the 14 January 2021 and my aunt had put her on a policy with prosperity, a claim was logged on the 19 January, in February we received a text to say that the claim was approved but till today we have not heard anything from prosperity , it is such an inconvenience because it's been 3 months since my mother passed away and we have not received payout from prosperity till today.
