I took a policy in 2014 covering my family..When m relative died in 2014 I was distraught and forgot about this policy. Only 3 months back I discovered that I did not claim for his death and prosperity life has been debiting this policy since 2014. I contacted them and made a claim, they said I must email filled forms, death certificate and ID copy both certified. I did. They then further requested a B1 form of which I had to go and look for that small undertaker and dig their records, fortunately I found it and emailed. It’s been two months and prosperity life(Assupol) is now quite. Clearly they don’t want to pay and they thought I won’t get this B1 . I want my money and my premiums refunded. I’m going to pursue this till I get my money…Assupol prosperity life is a very bad company! Not honest and run if they come selling policies. Policy PLFF 0000000004675

Misleading hook into crypto trading 'practice'. Professes to give you 'free trading training' for a 10 dollar joining fee. Very cleverly worded to make you think you're genuinely trading for cash, but it's all simulation. This you learn once they have your 10 dollars, which of course they'll 'look into' refunding you, but of course you do not qualify. HOWEVER, they will unsubscribe you from further payments! Bunch of ****sters!!

Prosperity is not a company one should trust my cousin sister is going through hell because of this company she lost her mom on the 8th of July, she claimed on the 11th so she can give her mom a decent funeral but up to today she hasn't received anything mind due the mother was a bread winner she had to borrow money to bury her mom with hope that claim will be paid. When you guys collect premiums you never experience problems but when you suppose to deliver now you make people run around like headless chickens. Can you please assist my sister she is going through hell enough now.

I have an issue. My grandma passed away in January 2021. She had a policy at Prosperity Assupol. So, we went to claim in one of the branches in Vincent East London. A day before the funeral we received a call from them saying the policy lapsed since May 2020 although it was deducting straught from SASSA. Each year I call and ask if the policy is still up to date and we were told that it is still up to date. My grandma did not indeed alter the bank account to say that they could not deduct since the bank account was changed. We went to SASSA and got a printout stating that there is a R100 deduction, so I discover it inconceivable for a policy deducting straight from SASSA to lapse just like that. I went to submit the printout to them and after few days when I call they told me they never received any printout after days of not answering their calls. My mother passed away on the 14 January 2021 and my aunt had put her on a policy with prosperity, a claim was logged on the 19 January, in February we received a text to say that the claim was approved but till today we have not heard anything from prosperity , it is such an inconvenience because it's been 3 months since my mother passed away and we have not received payout from prosperity till today.

I have an issue with Prosperity which was never resolved to my satisfaction. I had been paying for a policy for years and out of the blue it was increased to almost double the premium of which was too much for me whereas the cover amount was never increased. I was then told over the telephone when enquiring and was told yhat the insurer didn't increase premiums since 2015, and that was the main reason of the increase. I am completely not happy with this because that was their fault and if the premiums increase, so does the cover amount. I want my cover to be reinstated to the same premium i used to pay, plus pay out for the death claim of one of the people covered on the policy who passed on. I requested to be refunded everything i paid them as premium if they can't settle my matter in a way that i will be satisfied. Please assist me in this long outstanding matter that stresses me
