I took a policy in 2014 covering my family..When m relative died in 2014 I was distraught and forgot about this policy. Only 3 months back I discovered that I did not claim for his death and prosperity life has been debiting this policy since 2014. I contacted them and made a claim, they said I must email filled forms, death certificate and ID copy both certified. I did. They then further requested a B1 form of which I had to go and look for that small undertaker and dig their records, fortunately I found it and emailed. It’s been two months and prosperity life(Assupol) is now quite. Clearly they don’t want to pay and they thought I won’t get this B1 . I want my money and my premiums refunded. I’m going to pursue this till I get my money…Assupol prosperity life is a very bad company! Not honest and run if they come selling policies. Policy PLFF 0000000004675
