Prosperity is not a company one should trust my cousin sister is going through hell because of this company she lost her mom on the 8th of August 2021, she claimed on the 11th so she can give her mom a decent funeral but up to today she hasn't received anything mind due the mother was a bread winner she had to borrow money to bury her mom with hope that claim will be paid. When you guys collect premiums you never experience problems but when you suppose to deliver now you make people run around like headless chickens. Can you please assist my sister she is going through hell enough now.

I have been paying a funeral policy with Hollard from 2016 up to date have not claimed anything and have annual increase every January now they have unplanned increase which you are forced to take... I feel like they are disrespecting us as customers

Budget insurance promised to refund me after deducting more than they should have Berveline was just desperate to clear the name of Budget insurance it's now more than 6 working days no refund has been made... Budget insurance are professional scammars shem... I am going to reverse that debit order they are not willing to held nor cooperate... They lied to me from the word go when they offered me that value added policy.. I had so much trust on them.
I took a value added policy in July agreed to be activated in August to my suprise double amount was debited I called on Monday the lady said it was a mistake I should call on Thursday when they have received confirmation from the bank I called o on Thursday the consultant was rude I decided to reverse the debit order then I got call from budget resolved everything but now again they debited twice please assist
