<p>I had been to the Smashbox counter at the Edgars store on the 26/10/2016 to make a booking for my make up to be done on the 29/10/2016 @ 13h00. The booking was made by a consultant by the name of Happy who made the appointment in front of me, writing it down in her black book. On arrival on Saturday the 29/10/2016 @ 13h00 to my horror I found an empty counter with no consultant to assist me. I had waited well over 5minutes until the consultant from Black up came to assist me. She had said to me that there was no consultant at Smashbox and that Happy had taken the day off!!! needless to say that I was horrified as I had taken the time to make a booking leaving my details and no one thought is was necessary to call and inform me of the situation. Smashbox is unprofessional and no nothing about customer service. I use Smashbox products and thus opted to have my makeup done by them and not any of the other international brands. I will never again use their products again on principle. it's a pity they have such a low opinion on customer service and quality service delivery. for a huge international brand this treatment is unacceptable and disgusting. I would never recommend Smashbox to anyone as they are unreliable , unprofessional and do not value their customers. they are only interested in making a sale to the detriment of the customer. completely and utterly disappointed </p>
