PATHETIC SERVICE, TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, NO CUSTOMER CARE
I ORDERED AN ITEM ON 28/03/2023. ESTIMATED DELIVERY WAS 3-4 WEEKS ACCORDING TO THE WEBSITE. ONLY RECEIVED AN ITEM END OF MAY, THEN TOO NOT THE COMPLETE ORDER AS ADVERTISED, BOX MISSING ITEMS. CONTACTED THE STORE, ALSO WITH EXTREME DIFFICULTY, CALLS OFTEN CUT AFTER EXTREMELY LONG WAIT TIMES. THEY REFUSED TO PROCESS REFUND AND INSISTED THE REST OF THE ITEMS ARE ALREADY BEING SHIPPED TO ME. TO DATE 10/07/2023 STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANYTHING. TRIED CALLING AGAIN AND THE CALL KEEPS GETTING CUT. CAN'T GET A REFUND OUT OF THEM DESPITE THE WEBSITE POLICY INSISTING ONE WILL BE PROCESSED IF GOODS THAT ARRIVE NOT AS ADVERTISED. TERRIBLE CERVICE AND EXPERIENCE.

Bulk Seed is a scam The website advertises many products. Once payment is made, including courier charges, no delivery of items ever occurs. None of the contact numbers are answered. Never reply to emails. All related businesses GardenGate Waterwise nursery, Goldfield Farm supplies and Bulkseed.co.za

Very dodgy business dealings. When a problem arises no longer takes your calls and doesn't attempt to resolve the issue. Sells products without being honest about actual make of the item and passes items off as something it is not Arnold Mtshubungu should not be trusted at all.

The company is very dodgy. The guy that does the transactions is Arnold Mtshubungu. He sells solar products, but sells fake items and passes it of as genuine. Never responds once caught out. All contacts on the website do not go through. The company doesn't seem legit at all.
