I was unable to make rental payments in January 2018 on a property administered by Zelri Properties. I made an offer to pay off this amount over the remainder of the December rental as I would be in a position to do so afterwards. I was prepared to sign an acknowledgment of debt and make arrangements to make payment. They ignored my communication and instead have attempted to bully me with lawyers letters without trying to come to an arrangement that would ensure that they receive their rental money. Instead they have made demands through Vermaak Attorneys, refuse to enter into engagement. There are huge maintenance problems with the property, they ignore my communications. Now they are indicating they are going to issue summons, in violation of the Rental Housing Act, and they still refuse to engage. Further to this, they have physically intimated my and my family on the property and are essentially acting as slumlords. Their failures to respond to my requests even cover a refusal to give me a copy of the rental agreement. I WOULD STRONGLY SUGGEST THAT ANY PERSON CONSIDERING RENTING A PROPERTY MANAGED BY ZELRI PROPERTIES DO NOT SO. THEY ARE BULLIES, THEY DO NOT MAINTAIN PROPERTIES AND IGNORE BASIC RENTAL HOUSING LAW.

South African Cupid, an online dating website, presented a plan whereby a monthly payment/instalment would be debited off my account in the region of R200.00. Instead, they deducted R1,600.00 on 29/10/2016.

1. South African Cupid made an unauthorized debit order of R1,600.00.

2. They falsely advertised the mechanisms of the services offered by stating that the payment would be a monthly amount of R200.00 (or thereabouts).

My reference amount for the payment is SOUTHAFRICANCU ********** ********** 14.

I simply filled out a query form from Loan Detector SA and they have indicated I have purchased a product from them. I did no such thing and I did not indicate that I was to purchase any "Convenient Service Package". This is simply theft as there was no contract and I did not actually purchase any service package. Is this the kind of stealing that companies like Loan Detector SA involve themselves in?
