I was only informed about the iSmart electricity system in late February 2026, yet when I registered, my account was already in arrears by R1,296 dating back to February 2025. I was never given access to the system before this, never received statements, and was never informed that I needed to monitor my electricity usage through this platform. After raising this issue, I requested assistance from property management, only to be told to contact the service provider myself. To date, I have still not received proper assistance or clear answers. My electricity remains disconnected while this matter is unresolved, which is completely unacceptable. Based on similar complaints I am seeing here, this situation raises serious concerns about how accounts are being handled and communicated to tenants. I urgently require: Immediate restoration of electricity A full explanation of the R1,296 charges Proper assistance in resolving this matter This lack of service and accountability is unacceptable.

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of response and professionalism from Zelri Properties at GCT Towers. I have followed up more than three times via email requesting feedback and supporting documentation regarding my query, yet to date I have received absolutely no response. In addition to the emails, I have been contacting their offices almost every day since February, but there has been no call back and no assistance provided. What is even more concerning is that this lack of communication appears to extend to management. I have attempted to escalate the matter, including to Lizelle Blignaut, yet there has still been no acknowledgement or effort made to resolve the issue. It is very troubling that a company can ignore a client for such an extended period while a matter remains unresolved. The complete lack of communication, accountability and customer service is unacceptable. I am therefore left with no choice but to raise this matter publicly, as all attempts to resolve it directly with Zelri Properties have been ignored. I sincerely hope that someone from the company will finally respond and address this matter.

I stayed in their property for over two years. After multiple malfunctioning complaints to them - I finally moved out on the 31st of December 2025. Till this day the is no indication as to when my deposit will be paid out. During my exit inspection- their own inspector thanked me for keeping the property brand new and stated it's clear I stayed alone. Given this information the deposit refund shouldn't have take this long.I'm disgusted at the poor service and lack of professionalism. I will not give up on my refund. Lizelle 🤮

This double standard is unprofessional and unfair. Tenants are expected to meet their obligations immediately, yet Zelri Properties does not extend the same level of urgency or accountability when it is time to refund deposits that legally belong to tenants. Despite several attempts to resolve this matter directly, I have received little to no response, which has left me with no choice but to escalate this issue publicly. The lack of transparency, poor service delivery, and disregard for tenant rights is concerning and should be highlighted to warn other consumers. I moved in on the 1st of December 2024, for a one year lease agreement,,I sent a notice of leaving on the 21st October 2025 notifying them I am not renewing my lease agreement,,they refuse to refund me ,,telling me that I sent notice late ,,they ignore me now

I would not recommend this property, especially for professionals who travel a lot for work. Management and maintenance are unprofessional, and the application of rules is completely inconsistent. Key Issues: Zero Emergency Support: I was once locked out cause I had misplaced my key. I contacted the maintenance guy for a assistance with a master key. He told me he was "unavailable" and then ignored my follow-ups, forcing me to pay for a locksmith out of pocket. Parking Chaos: There is no assigned parking. When the lot is full, you are forced to find alternative spots. Recently, my car was clamped while other vehicles parked in the exact same manner were ignored. Unprofessional Staff: When I questioned the "maintenance guy," Thapelo, about this unfair treatment, he was incredibly rude and dismissive. Favoritism: It feels like you only get help if the staff knows you personally. If you aren't "fami****" with the guards or maintenance, you are on your own. Living here is a constant headache. Assistance is poor, and the "rules" seem to change depending on who you are. Save your money and look elsewhere.
