I moved out end of February I am still awaiting refund on my deposit- I have being sending emails with no success, I even went to the office for the inspection report to be finalized, when I call I get dismissed that the lady called Lizelle responsible for refunds is busy in meeting, I got an email on the 4th May 2026 confirming I will receive my funds in 72 hours, Still no Funds received - ZELRI Properties unfortunately made me experience a poor experience for vacating their properties
I am experiencing a bad service from them working closely with the Kingdom resort I booked and i made a partial payment my bookings were cancelled due to full requirements however its been 2 weeks now trying to get my refund back, i have never experienced a long awaiting refund process with other resorts i am not happy !! Good day Please note, I have submitted the relevant documents to be removed out of Debt Review through my debt councilor Noko-Fin, but the has not being action or concrete reply they keep responding we did not submit correct documents, but we keep submitting the correct documents, but the application keeps failing, please can you assist, with processing my application to be removed out of Debt Review. I went to withdraw earlier on the 4th April on my wealth planning account, i was told the turn around time its 15 working days, post now i am still awaiting it’s frustrating me, because I need the money before the 27th…I am not impressed because I was misleaded with incorrect information on turn around times, CAN I PLEASE GET URGENT ASSISTANCE can the funds be released before the 30th
I have paid up my account in July , and I have being waiting for the paid up letter its been 4 months now, I’ve made several calls apparently the delay is with the administrators. This is bad service and horrible.
I asked this guys to assist me with debt review removal, they told me the process takes 3 months its been 4 months now, my case is not progressing the lady called Lezann Malaton is handling the File her feedback for 4 months now “I am waiting for the Court order” they only doing the transfer from one debt counsellor to their company a few days from 4 months ago of initiating the process Who can assist with my file. I really need to be removed out of that status, I am blocked from Financial opportunities. Lezann Malaton says she can’t tell when this process will be completed it could take up to a year.
Good day I AM trying to withdraw or follow up on the withdrawal of my RA, I cannot get the assistance I have being trying to call Sanlam without reach it takes me more than 30 mins holding on phone which is costly no one answers the phone, i succeeded to get my phone call answered once an I was told the ROT was sent to the wrong email address, I need the withdrawal lump sum ASAP, but being delayed by Sanlam. The service is very very bad and slow.
