Terrible customer service. I handed in my laptop, a week later they haven;t even added it to their system, took them days to assess a simple issue, asked for my approval to fix it - didn't get a response to this, only to call again a week later to find out they are still waiting for parts. Communication is key, if you want to be kept in the loop and want good service - don't use Dualzone
Worst experience of my life. First of all this is one of the few telecom companies in the world where you can't get a naked adsl line so I am forced to get an analog line just so they can make an extra few bucks. But onslce I made peace with that I put in an order for my analog line amd dsl conversion, which they got wrong (Sales person responsible is Adam) and sent a subcontractor to only come and do the analog. I call to fix this whilst the contractor is still available and they say sorry our system is offline. After speaking to 5 sales people and finally getting a hold of a Sales Manager (Miriam) who was calm amd friendly and I am sure wanted to help me, but couldn't cause she has a life and her shift ends at 4. So now I have to take another day of work because Telkom is incompetent, unreliable, completely disorganised and to be quite honest the only reason they get away with it is because their a monopoly. Their entire company should be split so that competitive service and prices can prevail, that is in the benefit of all South Africans.

Every now and then something happens, a freak accident or something out of control and we as the public forgive, because we get it, everybody deserves a second chance. But going without WiFi for over 72hours, calling SADV more than 8 times and being given false promises of fixing the problem and getting back to you, is inexcusable. SADV is one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever had to deal with, our fibre to home went out on Saturday(26 November) I called to ask what is going on and they replied with: ' It is broken and we can only send someone on Monday'. After complaining they promised first thing on Sunday they will fix it, then Monday...well guess what it's Tuesday now, still no WiFi, and despite them talking to me multiple time via telephone, they have not once had the decency to say sorry or call me back to explain what is happening or keep me updated. Honestly, don't waste your time with people who obviously don't care for their customers.
