On saturday we called mend a bath to enamel our bath - your worker called the gate but never arrived ! In the mean time he went to the house next door and painted their bath. I paid for the people next door to have their bath enamelled because your guys arrive without a job card and do not ask for the person who made the booking they just assume the bath they see is the one that must be done . I am very angry I paid for the next door people bath to be done. His excuse is that he asked the people in that house where is the bathroom to paint and he just went ahead but the place next door is a commune and the tenants know nothing about what must be done they presumed it was the bath in the commune. I need my bath enamelled please you must check in whose name is the order booked and service the correct person cause I am still sitting with a bath that looks like ******* R2400 later
I have had three contractors out this weekend to give me their opinion and quote re hail damage to the flat roof / cielings and lapa on 22 November 16h00 till 18h00 ( two hours of non stop hail I can prove it with the photos I have on my phone) Old Mutual rejected this claim due to lack of maintenance but on inspection by all 3 contractors they all agree that the fierce winds lifted the roof plates and caused the hail and rain to flood my garden flat. Some of my concrete walls in the garden are also smashed you can see by the photos the plants are ripped to shreds from the two hour hail storm . The grass on the roof of my lapa was also ripped to pieces and I have all the photos to prove it. I have cover with Old Mutual that protects me from a natural disaster and for loss of rent - my tenant had to vacate the property on Sunday 23 November because the flat was flooded and refused to pay for december and wants a refund for the days in November that she could not live in the flat. Old Mutual is now refusing to pay for hail damage which is a natural disaster that has ripped my property to shreds . I have been patient now for two weeks due to the constant rain and now I am calling out professional people to give me their reports as to how this happened which I can forward to you as Old Mutual obviously does not have competent people to assess damage after a hail storm . I am unable to pay my bond because my tenant has moved out , I have cover for loss of income that I am not getting from Old Mutual and I am sitting with hail damage that I must fix myself because my insurance is not paying me a cent due to their lies called lack of maintenance. This is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE and highway ******* to pay a monthly premium for getting NO INSURANCE . Please note I will not be paying another premium ever to Old Mutual if this matter is not resolved because obviously I am waisting my money paying an insurance company that takes my hard earned money and DOES NOT COVER MY HOME AND PROPERTY. I am beyond furious because you have caused me to loose my home because I cannot pay for all this hail damage myself that is why I have insurance
