NO REFUND RECEIVED AFTER 6 WEEKS
I have ordered a shower chair bench from them for my father-in-law on the 29 April 2025. My father-in-law passed away on the 5 May 2025 and I ask them to cancel the order for me and give me a refund as the order is not shipped yet. They agreed to cancel the order, and they will charge me a 10% handling fee to which I agreed to. They said it will take 7 to 14 days to refund. After a few emails and whatsapps, no refund has been received until today 11 June 2025.

Capitect does not want to open a business bank account because we are white
Capitec is discriminating against white people as I can not open a business account because we are a white organisation. This fight is going on for 3 weeks.

Steeling the people money
<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>I have find again a scam in the country of us. Please stay away from Loan Match SA as they are stealing the people money to deduct every year over R400 from your bank account and say its for services they provide and you only pick it up when its to late. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have applied for a loan in 2014 wich i did not know that they will try and still adduct money from my bank account 3 years later for something they did in 2014. after a lot of emails and letters they still try there luck.</p> <p> </p> <p>please be very carefull when u apply on line and please read all the fine script, this people will steal your money every year.</p> <p> </p>

full of empty promisses
<p>i am battling 2 weeks for telkom to fix my dead line. after a lot of promises that some one will phone me , still no joy, still just empty promises. my line is stilldead thats include my dsl line. i dont know where to go and compliain as ever time I speak to some one they promises.</p> <p> </p> <p>PLEASE TELKOM DELIVER ON YOUR PROMISSES AS THIS IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE. LIKE THE SAYING GOES, ALL THE LIGHTS IS ON BUT NO ONE HOME. IN MY CASE NOT EVEN THE LIGHTS IS ON.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>

Lights is on but nobody home telkom
<p>After a technition worked on our lines, my line went dead, after 2 weeks and after they closed my calles twise still my line is dead. there service is up in the dump, even there call centre is uselessas nobody can tel me who the technition was that "fixed" my line 2 times and stil it does not work. the call centre says they caan do it remotely. lol</p>
