You will not get your order, or a proper refund.
Do not use this company, trust the reviews here. I ordered on 4 December based on their delivery timelines - they marked the order as complete - and sent an email stating the order was on the way - but nothing received. I eventually got a response from them that they don't have stock - I subsequently asked for a refund. A week later, and nothing, and looking from the complaints here, its the norm. I have now received an apparent proof of payment for a partial refund. They want to charge me a fee for them not providing what they claimed was in stock. Going to proceed with a consumer commission complaint - this company's tactics are not on

Do not use this company, trust the reviews here. Bought a bed and frame broke.
Bought a electric icu ned from them. Frame break after 10 months. Never buy from them. They didn't even respond to video I send when I reported problems with the bed. Never buy from them. Rather buy from other manufacturers with good ratings.

Poor Customer Service
I searched Google for a specific item, and it led me to Clinihealth. Their website showed the item was out of stock. I messaged their support via WhatsApp using the link on their site and got a rude, unhelpful response. I then called the number listed on their website to ask about restocking, but the person said they couldn’t provide an ETA or any useful info like if they will restock. Honestly, they seemed completely uninterested in helping. I’d steer clear.

First time buyer and a last time buyer...
First time buying 10 sample drug test from them. Paid for the 10 units and it was delivered. Second order was a full order of 100 units. Order was paid 21/08/2025, on 28/08/2025 we enquired about delivery date because we need the tests to service our customers just to be informed that the day we paid for the test, another company in SA bought out all their stock.... They are awaiting new stock next week or I can wait 7 to 14days for a refund.. "Nothing else we can do"

NO REFUND RECEIVED AFTER 6 WEEKS
I have ordered a shower chair bench from them for my father-in-law on the 29 April 2025. My father-in-law passed away on the 5 May 2025 and I ask them to cancel the order for me and give me a refund as the order is not shipped yet. They agreed to cancel the order, and they will charge me a 10% handling fee to which I agreed to. They said it will take 7 to 14 days to refund. After a few emails and whatsapps, no refund has been received until today 11 June 2025.

*****ing. Ymoney, awaiting refund after more than a month
Never use them!! The worse experience with them and still waiting for MY money?! Made online payment 25/01/2025, on 29/01/2025 I had to follow op because haven't received order. They rep**** to say something is out of stock so I requested a refund so that they can send met the rest of the stock I urgently needed. It's 28/02/2025, I follow up 3 times a week, today I phoned and everyday, the person on the WhatsApp line and the lady that I spoke on the phone, say they will get back to me So fed up to ask my money back.

NO REFUND ON NO STOCK ITEMS
I ordered a toilet seat raiser on the 17th October ( Ref # 178267259) for my mother that have a total hip replacement, to be told on the 21st October there is no stock, and stock will only come in November, I then requested a refund as we need the order urgently. I emailed them my banking details on the 21st October, till today the 24th I'm still waiting for the refund. We have had to get another seat in the meantime which is not cheap for a pensioner. I want me refund!!!
