I searched Google for a specific item, and it led me to Clinihealth. Their website showed the item was out of stock. I messaged their support via WhatsApp using the link on their site and got a rude, unhelpful response. I then called the number listed on their website to ask about restocking, but the person said they couldn’t provide an ETA or any useful info like if they will restock. Honestly, they seemed completely uninterested in helping. I’d steer clear.
Ok, so I ordered an item online on the 2nd of December 2019. I don't get any feedback on the delivery date/time. So I phoned the customer care line and wait for ages before someone actually answers. Today, I phoned again to confirm my delivery schedule and I told the support agent I'm not happy and I was told it will get escalated and sent to Head Office. I will receive an SMS with reference number and H/O will phone me. Still no call. Still no SMS, no reference number. Seriously bad service! No customer service! Hope to still get my ordered item this wee****!!!!!
I switched over to debit order as I got the DSTV Explora on the DPP option. My account was debited twice and I complained on Twitter thinking it will get resolved much faster. I was wrong. I complained a week ago and still no feedback on what is going to be done about the double debit order. I was just told that it was escalated to the DPP department. And from there no feedback. I did not budget for that extra R899!!!
