Package lost then found but still waiting
Bought a Garmin on 1 March, chose the pick up option on 4march. 4 march came and went haven't heard from them. I had to follow up and my package was on the wrong route. It's 6 march already, and no one knows when it will reach my pick up point. Very disappointed as it was a gift and now I won't be able to surprise mu husband

Never use them!! The worse experience with them and still waiting for MY money?! Made online payment 25/01/2025, on 29/01/2025 I had to follow op because haven't received order. They rep**** to say something is out of stock so I requested a refund so that they can send met the rest of the stock I urgently needed. It's 28/02/2025, I follow up 3 times a week, today I phoned and everyday, the person on the WhatsApp line and the lady that I spoke on the phone, say they will get back to me So fed up to ask my money back.

Game online sliw service
Worst service ever!! Ordered a build in cupboard on 30/09/2018 online. According to the online order it take 3-5 working days. It's now 7 working days, no reply on emails, and no respond! Really disappointed in them!! Will definitely not even consider them for a next time
