I ordered a toilet seat raiser on the 17th October ( Ref # 178267259) for my mother that have a total hip replacement, to be told on the 21st October there is no stock, and stock will only come in November, I then requested a refund as we need the order urgently. I emailed them my banking details on the 21st October, till today the 24th I'm still waiting for the refund. We have had to get another seat in the meantime which is not cheap for a pensioner. I want me refund!!!

I took my daughter for a test on the 27 December @ Spec Savers Harvest Place. Its almost been a month later and I have still not received her glasses. When tracking this is says "Being Processed", it cant take a month to make the glasses? I have never waited so long at any other spec savers???
Hi, how do I get my Pick n Pay account sorted out? I have tried buying online, and it keeps says 'unsuccessful', I have spoken to numerous people in your fraud dept, sent a copy of my ID with 3 signatures, and I still couldn't buy on line. Now this morning I checked and still the same problem, and now I see my card is suspended?? I have emailed a copy now again of my ID, please can this be sorted out.
I UPGRADE MY CELLPHONE CONTRACT IN DECEMBER AND IT CAME WITH A 32" TV AS A PROMOTION. MY APPLICATION WAS DONE ONLINE, AND ALL PAPERWORK ATTACHED. When will my parcel be delivered? It's been lying there since the 27 November and still hasn't been sent out 4 delivery I need my order delivered today as tomorrow I wont be able to receive it, and this was a gift for someone now its to late to give to the person. This is pathetic service, I've called spoke to a lady named Brenda said she would get a Oktavia to give me a call, guess what I'm still waiting. Still nothing has been done about it.</p> <p>I upgrade in the beginning of March, for March i have been charged double for my line rental (R549-00), How can i be charged double for line rental? When i call the call centre they tell me its for April, but then when i look on my bill so far for April they have charged me again, i want this to be credited. I also received a promotional 10G data bundle for one month, now im been charged for this on my April bill? How does that work? I also received a tab with my contract, which im suppose to get 250mb monthly which i havent received since the contract started. <p>Hi, I have phoned the call centre regarding my account for March (bill so far for March) that i have been double charged for my Line rental (R 549-00) I have also been chaged for 10Gb promational data (R599-00) that should have been free when upgrading with Vodacom. I also bought 1G data on the 13-03-2017 I received 1G free data but never receieved the 1G I paid for (order number E ********** ). I would like this sorted out, i called the call centre this morning and was told its not the final billing for the month, and when month end comes it should be sorted, what happens if its month end and this amount still gets debted from my account??? So since posting the below email i have had two emails to say that my refund will be released: But still no payment has been received.<br> <br> On the 29th December I made a error and paid React Alarms (R 683.50) instead of paying ADT.<br> I only realized this when ADT phoned to say they never received payment. I then had to phone React Alarms & spoke to Mariska, which said i must email her the proof of payment and details.<br> <br> I have now been emailing her since the 01-02-2016, asking when i will receive my refund, but 10 days later i have still not received it.<br> <br> Does React Alarms not allocate payments? What happens to payments that don't get allocated to a accounts? <br> Do they not check with customers when they receive payments like this?<br> <br> I want the payment of R 683.50 refund into my account.
