Bought a electric icu ned from them. Frame break after 10 months. Never buy from them. They didn't even respond to video I send when I reported problems with the bed. Never buy from them. Rather buy from other manufacturers with good ratings.
This company is harassing us all the time with their irritating voice recorder calls. When you reply and request your name to be remove from their harassment list they will tell you they will not do it. The employee who called even call me a "bobbejaan". This company is bullies and harassers. I will swear their employees everytime they call.
My partner was told by the consultants to open a new account because my partner couldn't withdraw funds to bank account..Hollywoodbets closed thr account and after more than 72 hours the funds still not credited to the new account. The Call Centre supervisors promised feedback and for two days no feedbavk or any call. Emails just get ignored by the Consultants. Hollywoodbets was always one of the top bookmakers who resolved issues quickly. This is just ridiculous that you can't vontact the department directly who deal with this kind of problems. The way Hollywoodbets treated the accoint holder is unacceptable. We spnd already nore money to the money than what Hollywoodbets owe the account holder. How can they close the account without refunding the outstanding balance. Hollywoodbets will apologize now and say how sorry they are for this and still we won't get the money. They will just tell they escalate it to the relevant department. The account holder is bedridden as well and can't even go to a Hollywoodbets branch to get them to assist to get the funds paid to the customer.
Terrible experience. The call centre of this bank want a bedridden person to go to a branch to resolve an error to add a beneficiary on the app of the bank. The app keep on declining the selfie. Why yhey require a selfie again to add a beneficiary nobody knows. The agent said a supvisor will call back when the supervisor is back in the office to resolve this problem. No call ever received. I went to the Shelly Beach Mall Nedbank branch as well and still no call back from the branch as well as promised. The situation was explained to a consultant at the branch and just like their call centee this branch feel nothing for disabled and bedridden people. Pĺease beware of this bank who feel nothing for disabled and bedridden clients. They will not walk the extra mile for a customer and will just ignore your existence.

This site called me after I tried to register and told me how great this site is. So I try them and with a shock I saw there 100% bonus match deposit is only a 25% deposit match. If youdeposit R100 you get a R100 deposit. You don't receive your stake back. When you win they take another R300 of your winkings as non refundable stakes. They saybin their promotion you can bet at any odds even at 1/100 odds. There promotion only works with odds of 1/1 or bigger. At shorter you just make a lost. Then when you want to withdraw your money they tell you that you can only withdraw winnings and not your original deposit. I can't find this in their terms and conditions and also no agent can assist me where it is written in the terms and conditions that you can't withdraw your original deposit. Stay away from this bookmaker. You will never see your money. They don't even reply to emails. This is a terrible experience. Now I must report them to the National Gambling Board. I will never deposit a cent with them. Their customer service is terrible.
I am battlibg already since last year November to get a shortfall of a premium refunded to me. The consultants inform me everytime that the management will call me back to pay me the monies they owe me. Does Budget Insurance really enjoy it to make fools of their customers. This medical aid informed my partner that they will fully paid for her wheelchair from her benefit. The medical aid benefit is R14,000 and they only paid R190. They send a confirmation letter that the will pay the full amount of R9578.84 to the wheelchair provider. We battle since middle September to get a wheelchair through this medical aid. It is a nightmare to get hold of the people who can assist with the claim. The staff themselves can't even contact directly departments to solve queries. Really disappointed in this medical scheme.
Getgo Home loans did our bond application. After the bond was approved they just neglect to handle the FLISP APPLICATION and no feedback at all. Since 22 May 2024 they didn't inform us that they will not handle the FLISP application and just said when I contact them today they don't assist with the FLISP and I must get the bank to assist me. Rather use other bond originator who deal with FLISP, because this people will not assist you to get your home registered in your name. Now I must still pay rent, spend more than a R1,000 travel to get medical treatment and these people just don't care how much money they cost you in extra expenses
Good day, These people started to stalk me nearly three months ago for so called outstanding debts. They feel nothing for the law. They just send payment claims without any evidence of a legal claim. I requested on several occasions a judgment for the so called debt and a letter from ABSA which give them authority to collect mo ey on their behalf. Their employees feel nothong for laws and bully you. They are stalkers and psycho. I got Guy Brooks (CEO) contact details and I send him a WhatsApp. Everytome they stalk me I will stalk Guy Brookes back in person. This guy feel nothing gor the law and is busy with illegal activities and try to con people into paying him for his illegal and crininal claims. Why doesn't the authorities invesgate these criminal acticities. It is illegal to request payments without providing evidence for such claims. It is also illegal to stalk people.
