The owner of this bussiness has changed bussiness names about 4 or 5 times and im not sure if he is has registered these bussiness names with SARS or any of the relevant authorities.His workmanship is terrible and once he is paid he is not interested in repairing any defects.I gave him a lot of work at my bussiness premises and at my house and it is literally all falling apart.The cieling he has fitted has fallen off hitting staff members and when i asked him for assistance i was told that the cieling should never have been fitted on a steel roof structure.I have paid this company in full for all the work done and there is no after sales service.It has also come to my attention that this is a pattern the owner of this bussiness is to take money and not supply the service or goods and he never returns when his shoddy workmanship becomes evident.I would not recommend this bussiness to anyone !!!!!!!
I have a querie with Vodacom accounts department as they want to bill me R14000-00 the end of August which is totally incorrect as the amount should be around R7000-00 or less. The problem is that you can only call to resolve any queries and there is no physical office or person to see face to face. Some of the call center agents are clueless or rude and others promise to follow up and get back to you which never happens. it is extremely frustrating trying to sort my account out in this fashion. when you request to speak to a senior person you get blocked there and then. i have requested email addresses for senior management and get told they don't have their email addresses. This is extremely frustrating as i must now just fork out R14000-00. Vodacom's business model as become exactly the same as Telkom which is a disaster. i have been a client of Vodacom's since they opened their doors....same number and not one debit order bounce but it obviously means nothing to them. VODACOM CLEARLY DOESN'T NEED MY BUSINESS!!!
I thought Telkom had bad service until I met the people from Winstel Technologies. the owner was very involved until I signed the contract and then he disappeared like a magician. Unfortunately I signed a contract with Winstel Technologies so I have to put up with their extremely poor service(no business phone lines for 6 days) then to top it all the service provider Liquid Telecoms is just as bad with their service. Liquid telecoms has taken over Neotel who has been debiting my account(R16000-00) as well as Liquid Telecoms(R55000-00) and now I can't speak to anyone regarding this problem as Neotel is closed down. Be very careful when signing contracts with companies like Winstel Technologies and Liquid Telecom because once you sign they just don't care about you phone lines/internet working.VERY VERY POOR SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
