Hisence Zero customer support
My Hisence 65 Tv stopped working last week. (under warranty)I reported it immediately and am totally shocked at the lack of response from the customer care dept. So far, one week later, they sent a guy on a motor cycle to fix it. He couldn't and could also not take the TV to the workshop on a bike. Was told to wait for collection again. The ladies that take the calls promise a lot of things that never transpire. Be careful buying a product with this total lack of or interest in customer support. I will never again.

Interthatch (Rip Off)
Please be careful when using this company. Shadrach talks the talk but does not walk the walk. He approached me to do some Thatch roof repairs to my Lapa and promised that the water leaks would be repaired and the grass combed etc. After the first rain the leaks are worse than before and he now wants triple the amount initially charged, and paid for. to repair

Octo Pools. A pool service company that offers no service
<p>In September I hired Octo Pools to repair my pool pump and to do a once off clean up(clen up R750). Thereafter they where to maintaine the pool.They removed the pump and surplied 2 options to repair. a) At over R1 k to repair or to repair with second hand parts at just under R500. The repaired pump(second hand parts) was installed and they applied chemicals and back washed a little and left. 2 weeks later and the pool was still filthy. 3 Weeks later the pool was still filthy and the pump started making a terrible noise. 10 days later, after trying to contact Danie who would not take my calls or reply to my wats apps, they picked up the pool motor and have now presented me with another invoice of R1150.00.</p> <p>My problem is:</p> <p>a) My pool is still filthy R750 paid to get it right</p> <p>b)R500 paid to fix a pump that broke 2 weeks after installtion</p> <p>c)R550 paid to maintain the pool. Not done as pool is still filthy</p> <p>d) Danie the owner now tells me to fetch my pump and no longer wants to deal with me</p> <p>Be carefull of this company as they have not once honered their commitments.</p>
