Auto Alpina Randburg - Best Customer Service
I had the privilege of buying two vehicles to date from Auto Alpina in Randburg and both my experiences was outstanding. My recently purchase was a car for my daughter and I dealt with the most amazing salesperson named Mitchell Merifield. He went the extra mile to ensure I got the best deal and kept me informed throughout the entire application process of the progress. I would highly recommend this dealership for their business ethics and Mitch for the awesome customer service. Thank you 😊

I will never support We Buy Cars ever again, unethically business practises
I bought a (Category A) vehicle on Saturday, 18th February 2023 from the WBC's Silver Lakes branch, it was a gift for my daughter and halfway through our drive home the vehicle started jerking, and the automatic gearbox shuddered with a very high revering engine, the car refused to go pass 70kms per hour. It was an extremely stressful experience for my family and myself and a huge disappointment for my daughter with this being her first car. I was so worried for the safety of family and prayed we would arrive safely to our destination, and wouldn’t be sitting vulnerable on the side of the freeway. First thing on Monday morning I booked the car in with an RMI approved repair centre and on my way there the engine fault light came on and the car jerked all the way there (2kms away from my home). The mechanic calls me later in the day to says that the car refuses to start and after running a diagnostic report the fault list was too long to mention. I asked him not to proceed with any work, I then contacted We Buy Cars, advised them of the situation and they asked me to send them a fault report from the mechanic and they'd look into the matter. I receive a call now from a WBCs consultant to say the claim for a refund was rejected and that I will have to carry the cost to repair the vehicle, I was sold a fault and unreliable vehicle. This is such a unethically, unprofessional and unacceptable business practise from a company that claims to be reputable. We Buy Cars needs to be exposed for robbing people of their hard earned money. Never ever again will I buy anything for your organisation.

Best Vehicle Price Offer and Customer Experience
I sold 2 cars with Weelee so far and was totally amazed with the customer service experienced, Monique was awesome. But best of all was the price I got for both these vehicles, it was way above what I was expecting. Thank you Weelee
