Nothing much to say. I ordered waited a while for an update then got my order.
I placed on order on the 3rd of November. I requested for delivery today. I called this morning and was told my order was ready and awaiting a driver to collect for delivery. After an hour I went online to track my order and to my horror the order had been cancelled. Netflorist did not call me or make any effort to inform me why the order was cancelled. I have made numerous calls to get a refund to replace the gift before end of day. I have not received my refund from Netflorist and the birthday is almost over. Very terrible service I regret using Netflorist and will never ever use them again.
Excellent customer service today from Hlengiwe Dlamini. So patient and friendly. Explained everything and answered all my questions. Ill stick with Kingprice a little longer.

<p>Decided to give them a try with buying one of their 'specials' . I instantly made a quick deposit to them. sent my pop. they confirmed receipt. waited for 3 days to get a tracking number. 7 days later and the tracking number does not exist. I have been mailing them and no response. I have sent them messages on messenger and i got blocked yesterday. They even blocked me from commenting on their page. So now i was duped i guess.. Please do not be like me and give your money away to these people.</p>
