I Ordered A White Air Fryer, A Black Unit Was Delivered Instead. Upon My Request To Have The Air Fryer Exchanged For A White Unit I Was Advised By Tashriek Rustin That There Were No White Units And That Is Why I Received A Black Unit. I Was Offered A Refund Or A Snatcher Voucher . Upon Googling The Air Fryer On Snatchers Site I Noticed A Complaint Of A Customer Who Had Experienced The Same Issue, It Seems To Be The Norm To Dispatch The Incorrect Order And Without Requesting Your Permission Ship It Off To You. On Friday The 3rd March 23 I Received A Mail From Snatcher That They Were Having A Air Fryer Friday Special, Upon Sending The Advertised Page To Tashriek Rustin I Was Advised That They Will See If There Is A White Air Fryer, Come On Snatcher, If It Is Not Available Then Do Not Advertise It, Its Been Weeks Going Back And Forth With No End Result, As A Result I Am One Unhappy Costomer.

I Paid An Amount Of R50.00 On The 22nd May 2019 For A Copy Of A Trust Document And Submitted The Document Of Request On The 24th May 2019 To The Masters Office In PTA Only To Be Told To Come Back Within 7 Working Days. I Have Been Back Twice Since Then For Collection Of The Document Only To Be Told On Every Occasion That The File Will Be Ordered And To Come Back Within Seven Days. What Does One Have To Do To Get Respectful Service!!! Frustrated And Fed Up To Say The Least.
My Vehicle Has Been Back 3 Times For Repairs Due To Bad Workmanship. I Was Requested To Provide Half The Excess Upfront To Secure Ordering Of The Parts And The Balance On Completion. Yesterday They Collected My Vehicle For The 3rd Time For Repairs And Was Supposed To Get It Back To Me By The End Of The Day. At 15h40 I Was Advised That They Have Not Finished, I Was Stranded And They Didn't Care! Now They Want The Balance Of The Excess Before I Have Inspected The Workmanship Or They Will Not Release My Vehicle. DO NOT ASSOCIATE YOURSELVES WITH THIS PANELBEATER, They Will Drive You Around The Bend!
