I have received email statements from Afrox since March 2019 for rental of equipment however I have never rented any equipment from Afrox. I queried these incorrect statements on numerous occasions via email and telephone. I have never received feedback via email and my telephone queries were to be investigated but never got a response back. Poor service from customer department. I cannot believe a large organization has such poor processes. I believe these are fraudulent activities by invoicing customers for items and asked the customer department to investigate. Seems like the company does not care. I still receive these statements to date.
<p>Placed an online order on 1 Nov 2016 and the order reflected as pending for a number of days. Called Ernest at the company and was advised that the prices were not updated for 2 years !!!! had to pay more if wanted the product. As I already paid in excess of R4000 just paid the difference to the higher amount so that I could get the product as I needed to use it. After payment, contacted Ernest every second day to follow up and was kept being told that delivery was being arranged and would send me the tracking number. Now on 16th, still no tracking number. Ernest no longer taking calls.</p> <p> </p> <p>Beware of this online website as based on his behaviour seems to be fraudulent and no product delivered on orders. !!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Still cannot get hold company to refund me !!!</p>
