Poor service. Arrogant and rude staff member. After I have phoned them an hour and a half prior to the delivery, made arrangements for the food to be delivered at a specific time. No order was delivered, contacted funchal Krugersdorp. Asked for my order, than staff member told me they are busy. I asked him what is the reason than too make arrangements earlier that day. After numerous phone calls, I have cancelled my order. Sales person phoned me from a mobile number and swear at me told me to f... off.
It is with great disappointment that I have to write this review about the UIF offices in Krugersdorp. After a year of trying to resolve my matter with UIF Krugersdorp. Numerous phone calls, emails to both Krugersdorp UIF and Pretoria customer services, run arounds and complaints. My matter has not been resolved. UIF Krugersdorp claimed that there is a "block" on my ID number for the final payment, I have completed all the required documents and affidavits for the money to be released, but to no avail. Yet again a case of money that has been deducted from my salary. What is the point of paying UIF if one can not claim the benefits that is due to you. It seems to me that this whole situation is only one sided and that the UIF departments have all sorts of stories not to pay the monies out to the client.
