Poor service eDreams.com and Safair
I wish I could rate with 0 stars. This company offers cheaper travel. We booked a flight for my 70 year old mother to visit her husband. We added the extra insurance to be able to change or cancel the flight. When we had no choice but to change the date of the flight the just told us that it is out of their control. We had to contact the airline, Safair, who also did not care whether we paid insurance or not. We were charge additional R600 to change the date. EDreams promised me in September already a refund. Nothing happened. Then her husband past away and we had to cancel the flights. We lost all the money we paid for the tickets, no one cared whether she is a pensioner and might need the money. Terrible place to do business with I would not recommend them at all. Full of empty promises and probably a scam.

Unproffessional Outbound Call Centre
<p>I am so sick and tired of a Geraldine lady saying she is phoning from Vodacom and then without giving you a moment to respond to anything she said, rumbling off her clearly practised sale pitch. If you dare to ask questions or interrupt her then she just hang up on you. This now have happened to me more than once. This lady is clearly not professional and clearly a very bad representative of Vodacom. I am so annoyed and irritated by this .</p>
