Lack Integrity
They are impossible to deal with. Have been trying to get a refund on a cancelled air ticket for over a month, without success. They give a different story every time and do not do what they say they will. They lack integrity. Use them at your peril!

A round trip from Cape Town to Bloem was priced at R3,889.64 my unsuspecting father booked the flight and paid. eDreams charged R 7 133,39 meaning they added R3,234.74 this is broad *******. The website has no direct e-mail button. There is nothing about them on Linked In, their CEO's are unknown. This company is borderline *****ulent, not even their instagram or Facebook page have any direct contact information for them B2BHint doesn't have the company on their register. This company is ripping people off and it should be made public.

I booked a flight from Johannesburg to Port Elizabeth at R1070 on the 25 of November 2024, then got to the page to pay and they took R1872, I did not add anything, not luggage, no extras at all, they have ****** R802 from me and they are not contactable, no phone number or email address, they have a bot who doesn't understand the questions asked, no way to talk to anyone at the company to refund the amount.

these *******s stole nearly R12k of my money, they did not even send me any ticket, confirmation or correspondence. and I tried to find their contact number to contact them on - but it is nowhere to be found. No way to reach them. I reached out to them on Facebook, but they do not reply - Just like real ****mers. NEVER EVER EVER BOOK USING eDREAMS, THEY WILL ROB YOU.

Poor service eDreams.com and Safair
I wish I could rate with 0 stars. This company offers cheaper travel. We booked a flight for my 70 year old mother to visit her husband. We added the extra insurance to be able to change or cancel the flight. When we had no choice but to change the date of the flight the just told us that it is out of their control. We had to contact the airline, Safair, who also did not care whether we paid insurance or not. We were charge additional R600 to change the date. EDreams promised me in September already a refund. Nothing happened. Then her husband past away and we had to cancel the flights. We lost all the money we paid for the tickets, no one cared whether she is a pensioner and might need the money. Terrible place to do business with I would not recommend them at all. Full of empty promises and probably a scam.

Very bad service
Very bad service from edreams Booked a flight last night and money was taken from my account. Got to the airport only to be told the booking has been cancelled. Tried to call edreams and sent emails but no answer. Previously used their services and it was handled well, reason why i booked through them again. After this i dont know.

Very bad service
Very bad service from edreams Booked a flight last night and money was taken from my account. Got to the airport only to be told the booking has been cancelled. Tried to call edreams and sent emails but no answer. Previously used their services and it was handled well, reason why i booked through them again. After this i dont know.
