Beware the 'plane fare update' halfway through your booking that swindles you of 10k - and pressing that button is final, funds immediately get deducted.

No heads up, promises mean nothing.
They give you no heads up for the delivery, just rock up at your doorstep and expect you to be there. Then, when you make an alternative arrangement they do not honour their word and you end up losing precious hours from your life in turmoil. Thanks.
