Wedding disaster
Please be careful of this venue, the gardens might be beautiful but the service is terrible.. They make promises they can’t keep, they lie and they treat people like idiots. The worst part is that it was my wedding, which was supposed to amazing, But instead everything they agreed on never came to light. It was one f up after the other. I’m still so angry, I can’t get it over my heart at how we were ripped off.. I’m allergic to fish and that was the one thing, I insisted they know, yet the coordinator served me fish. She was given instructions on how we wanted things done, on the day she just stood in a corner.. There was so many things, they did that just makes me angry when I think about it.. Nothing we wanted was really given to us the way it was promised.. The only thing was the decor.. The food wasn’t what we ordered and paid for. And the chef and the coordinator were also hiding away food that was meant for the guests.. The food was cold, and it wasn’t even ready for the guests.. They didn’t even have gel to burn to keep the food warm. The list just goes on and on.. I suggest people be careful when it comes to this venue. When we complained they behaved as if nothing was wrong and they just couldn’t care. Do not trust the things they promise. My blood still boils everytime I think about it.

Truly angry very disappointing service
<p>I bought a voucher from daddy's deals and gave it as a gift to a friend, and I also bought three vouchers directly from them. My friend kept calling and emailing them wanting to make an appointment but they also referred her to a lady in Fourways. She still hasn't used that voucher. I still have the three vouchers I never got the chance to use because my appointment was for August and they postponed it to September. September came and left and I was told they were still doing renovations. I kept calling and all I heard was sorry but we still renovating. I called one day and spoke to Connie in Fourways and she told me she only does the massage. I told her I wanted the whole treatment because I paid for it. She told me she would get Maggie to call me. Maggie still hasn't called back. The landline doesn't exist anymore and the cell number they gave doesn't work either.. I am beyond angry, I spent allot of money and just for them to do this disappearing act isn't cool at all.</p>
