Snacher is a ****
I made a purchase for 2 mirror pedestals with on the 5th of July, they took so long with no contact. Then eventually sent me an email stating they don't have the product and the alternative they have is only one quantity. When I told them I need two matching pedestal and if they can't supply that then I want a refund, i was told they would refund me in 7days. They still have not refunded me and are now ignoring my emails. They are such ****mers that they don't even have a number to call them.

Bad customer care
<p>I bought a groupon voucher a few weeks ago for a full manicure and pedicure at the Double Infinity Spa. I have been trying to call to make an appointment since last Thursday but no one answers the phone. Since it is close to my workplace, I decided to drive there only to be told that I should call on Monday as thats when they would take appointments for the following week. After calling several times since Monday and today being Tuesday I finally got a response but was told they no longer do acrylic tips. Yet on Friday when I was there, I was told that they do.</p> <p> </p>
