<p>i recently went to hyundai to get a vehcile and they had told me that they have a cra coming in i would get delivery by saturday then saturday came and they had told me to come sign the contract that the vehcile will be ready on tuesday during the time of this progress my mom had called regarding my car and they said no its in for a 125 check we will get the vehicle on tuesday all to find out that the vehicle is not even on the dealership floor as yet then i called the dealer principal mark torrence he was so rude made me feel like i was not a client the way he spoke to me telling ,me that they not biding me to the contract yet they can not even be honnest so i signe a contract for a vehicle that is not there and tuesday came no one called me back from the dealership the salesmen Andre did not contact me the manager Chantelle lied and said she would contact me then i had said i will wait for the vehicle if they give me a loan vehicle as far as my knowledge goes after signing for a vehchile and if they cant provide me with the car ihad signed for they should give a courtsey car but no!!! they did not then we called the regional Gideon well he could not help me either . i am the most angriest client ever i had managed to buy a new vehicle from a dealer all the way in jhb and i will have my car tomorrow HYUNDAI PINETOWN IS A DISGRACE TO ALL DEALERS THE PEOPLE WORKING THERE DO NOT KNOW CUSTOMER SERVICE CANT BE HONNEST WITH CLIENTS!!!!! they liers i will not recommend this dealer or brand to anyone who ever asked me as i was reffering my friend who was in the market for a new vehicle but after this experiance no one in my family would buy a Hyundai i would have had better service from a 1 year old.........</p>
