It has been two years since I paid for an online CISM course with IBC-Training Pty, and I have yet to receive my refund. Despite countless hours spent sending and reading emails filled with promises of repayment, nothing has materialized. The training, initially scheduled for November 2022, was paid in full at the beginning of October 2022. However, the date was postponed to December 2022, then to January 2023, and eventually canceled indefinitely. In the meantime, I enrolled with another provider and successfully completed my CISM certification by May 2023. You took my payment, provided no service, and seem to find this acceptable. How many others have experienced this treatment? While this amount may seem insignificant to you, it represents hard-earned money for me. Your actions show a blatant disregard for fairness, akin to someone walking into my home and *****ing my television. Given the lack of response to my emails, I am left to conclude that I will not receive my refund. This is disappointing, as I trusted your company to act honorably. I will now begin to share my experience on social media and platforms like Hello Peter to warn others against engaging with you for training services.
<p>This has been a 2 month Journey trying to resolve a technical issue on my account.</p> <p>I am not able to purchase Data on my account, the consultant in Vodacom has confirmed that they cannot add databundles to my account either, now the latest after calling almost every morning the past 2 weeks, spending 45 min on a call every time I called, they inform me that it will take 7-14 days to resolve. In the mean time I cannot add Data to my account and am now liable for out-of-bundle rates due to Vodacom's incompetence for the next 2 weeks.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is unacceptable service and I recomend you not use Vodacom as a provider.</p> <p> </p> <p>Lincoln</p>
