Please could someone help me deactivate my account, it was hacked into by someone in another country and they tried to sell inappropriate items through the account and as a result it has been frozen. I do not want to unfreeze it, I just want it deleted because I am concerned the person who hacked it can use my credentials. Every message to the X support gets met with the same reply, that the terms of use were violated so I cannot unfreeze the account" I do not want to unfreeze the account - I want it deleted. Will I ever be able to speak to a human so I can get rid of this risk?
<p>On 24th October I returned my watch and heart rate monitor to the Tom Tom service centre (Regenersis). I expected a 24hour turn around time. I contacted the centre on the monring after returning the devices and was told that they were loking for stock for the heart rate monitor and that I would be contacted later in the day regarding this. They said if they got stock later in the week that they would deliver the heart rate onitor to me, but that the watch should be ready wiuthin the 24 hours. They said that they would confirm.</p> <p>I received no phone call.</p> <p>4 working days later after not being phoned even once, I called ahead and went to the centre in person. They still had no heart rate monitors in stock but my watch was ready. They said they would phone me regarding the heart rate monitor and that the regularly get stock in.</p> <p>Another week later I called, after not receiving a phone call, and they still had no stock and did not know when stock would arrive. But that they would put forward my query to the relevant people and get back to me.</p> <p>Another week and still no phone call. I called again (a few times as the phone is often not answered) and was told that it can take up to 21 working days to get stock - the first time this time period has been mentioned to me.</p> <p>It is now November 23 rd - 22 working days after I returned the device and still nothing. I have tried to call numerous times to no answer. Today I got through on my third attempt and was told that they would look into the stock availability and get back to me in a couple minutes. I have not been called back.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please help. I am still without the heart rate monitor I paid a significant for. It has been broken for almost 3 months now and the service centre has been aware of it for the last month.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would really appreciate any assistance as I feel as though I have reached a wall at the centre.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
