Sboniso Mjadu went out of his way to give me great service today in getting car insurance, great experience.
Please stay as far away from this company as possible. I bought a car through them a year ago, they pressured me to make a discussion and the minute the papers we signed everything went down hill. The car was delivered 3 days late, had a fraudulent roadworthy certificate, it had been in an accident which they did not disclose, and was missing the service book, SATNAV, had broken keys and a cracked windscreen, severe issues with the exhaust and entire suspension as well as back wheel bearing. I tried to return the car and they just shut down, no communication for months on end. Finally stated responding after i opened a case with the Motor Industry Ombudsman, and even then they lied and did not do as they promised. They "Fixed" issues on the car that would just break again a few months later and then no help from them. It has now been a year and im still fighting with them. They have caused me nothing but stress, heartache and a LOT of money. DO NOT TRUST THEM. They overcharge and then leave you with a world of trouble.

<p>A booking for 5 people were made exactly a month before the date of stay with the payment made in full, confirmation and proof of payment was emailed and received. On the day of arrival we were told there was no such booking, once the email was shown to Vic as proof of booking and payment we were told that the amount payed was incorrect and that we would have to sort it out with Audrey as we made the booking with her. The amount we needed to pay was in writing on HER email and that was the amount payed. Vic insisted that we needed to pay double and that it wasn’t his problem we needed to sort it out.</p> <p>After standing outside the derelict building for an hour were given rooms with no hot water, practically non- existent water pressure, the curtain rails were falling off the walls, there was a broken kettle in the room and dried out coffee in a plastic disposable container and the folding bathroom door could not close, there was no mirror in the bathroom and the overall feel of the rooms where neglect and dirty. The remote for the gate given did not work. It was really a very unpleasant experience, and what made it worse is that the owners really didn’t seem to care about providing any sort of customer service, they were rude and dismissive. </p>
