appalling appalling is all i can say, great venue, horrible service, owner couldnt care less despite messages left with so called manager. We ended up leaving, not finishing our food, but paying in full and still leaving the waiter a tip. We waited over an hour for our meal, it was delivered in bits and pieces, no condiments, no toast with the omlette, with excuses that ranged from sorry, sorry, sorry, i hear you, i am only the barman etc etc etc. PS we want nothing from you.

Even thought I am quite sure that the staff of Afro-Boer would have liked to spend New Years Day with their families they were wonderful. Super service. Excellent food. You have the choice of sitting in the garden or inside. Owners have a great sense of humour. Covid regulations strictly adhered to. I would advise you to book.

Home away from home! Whenever the rat race gets to much I opt to visit AfroBoer - they do not only have delicious traditional dishes (try their shredded lamb on whole-wheat bread for something different!). Or how about a boere-koffie with condenced milk as a treat? Banting or vegan - not to worry, they have a menu for you too! Beautiful gardens with place for the kids to play. You will not go wrong in visiting AfroBoer!
