appalling appalling is all i can say, great venue, horrible service, owner couldnt care less despite messages left with so called manager. We ended up leaving, not finishing our food, but paying in full and still leaving the waiter a tip. We waited over an hour for our meal, it was delivered in bits and pieces, no condiments, no toast with the omlette, with excuses that ranged from sorry, sorry, sorry, i hear you, i am only the barman etc etc etc. PS we want nothing from you.

I am never setting foot here! I would suggest you also don’t! My mother went for lunch, the food was mediocre, and the coffee was cold. But that’s not even the worst part. They tried to ***** her car! They have camera footage overlooking the car, yet they refuse to give us access to have a look! This has to be an inside job. The ***** had plenty of time to carefully remove the dashboard and ripping out wires, how did no one hear the alarm or notice what was happening? I can bet it’ll be mysteriously deleted by the time the cops come on Monday, if not overwritten!! This is unbelievably poor management! If any of my clients had to deal with something like this and were stuck out in the freezing cold, I would at least offer them a warm cup of coffee and do everything to support them—not just stand around being useless and unsupportive

Service is terrible. Wait for more than an hour for our food and when it got to the table it was cold and the orders were not correct. The bathrooms were dirty aswell while stinking like ****. Dont recommend this place. Just close it down honestly.

Poor service and lack of administration skills. Their phone doesn't work and if you make a reservation on whatapp, you get ignored. I've phoned them 4 times today with a WhatsApp message aswell and nothing. Not even a follow up call. Whomever is in charge here should go back to hospitality management school because they have no idea how to handle customers. I will not visit this place

Okay I’m sick and tired of unfair treatment and dismissals happening to our young ones who are trying to get on their feet and are just plain being exploited… also this one is personal for me, my younger sister has been working at AfroBoer restaurant in Equestria in as much as she was looking for experience it just has been draining and demoralising because of the environment, firstly the owner is just a horrible person and treats all her staff with no respect at all… number 2 when a customer pays with a card and tips the waiter they don’t get their tip, 3 they have to follow up constantly for their wages, how do you work in an environment where you are told every chance you get that you can leave I’m paying you, you’re not paying me ?! Also as a business owner how do you treat your staff members, who by the way are the front of the business with such disrespect?! The people who make sure they put a smile on their faces to make sure they offer good customer experiences knowing very well they are in a toxic environment, also how do you expect people to work give out exceptional service when you haven’t paid them? these are parents, breadwinners to some families, yet you expect them to pitch for work?! How do you think they come to work?!
