After repeatedly asking them to contact my tenant in my property to assess two stove plates, no contact has been made with my tenant after a week already. I phoned the electrician, says he'll check on it. When I phone them at their office to follow-up and tell them that their service isn't good, all they say is "OK".
<p>Don't even try shopping here - terrible service. I ordered a product on 15/1/2017, and the price on the website was R0.00 + shipping costs. While I thought it was a bit strange, everything went through on the website. I emailed them yesterday to follow up on the progress of my order, only to be told that my order wasn't processed because of a price discrepancy and that my order needs to be cancelled. I'm sorry, but according to the Consumer Protection Act, they must honour their advertised price - price discrepancy or not. Apparently, my money will be refunded to me, but they haven't been helpful at all. PATHETIC! </p>
