Billed R2000 for cancelling fibre service
I phoned afrihost to query the process to cancel my fibre as we were moving and would get fibre again when we moved in. I asked about the process and if there going to be any additional charges if i cancelled at the begging of the month. At the end of the month they charged me R2000 as a fibre cancellation fee! They did not even tell me there was this fee and the account they took it out had no money in it so i was charged additional fees by FNB! This is disgusting business tactics as it was meant to be a free installation and i phoned to question the cancellation and no one said a thing. I have sent 4 emails and not one person has gotten back to me. I have been a customer for close to 10 years this is unacceptable.

<p>We ordered a new dough mixer from Deco Ovens. Henk the owner proceeded to give us hos own 8 year old dough mixer. We tried to return it but he proceed to get aggressive. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS THIEF!</p>
