My mother passed away on the 22nd of March 2023. I completed and submitted all forms on the 31st of March 2023. I called a lot of numbers only to be transferred from one to another to another. There is no peace of mind and no help.............
I am so sorry for not believing everything I heard about Telkom their fault checking and reporting system is not working. They make appointments and not pitching. They pitch up without appointments and sit outside without calling, then it is raining, then access inside the house, then access to other properties.... Since I took the contract and canceled my Vodacom WI Fi I hab longer periods without data than with data. Maybe we should just cancel this pathetic service...... And get a competent service provider.....
Anthony from their complaints department explained the process of obtaining registration papers from banks. He gave me almost daily feedback and we received all the paperwork today. Deserves the complaint to now be a complement.
Cancelation of contract. Do not get any reply from customercare@vodacom.co.za regarding the cancelation of my data contract 0823706426..... If only cancelation were as easy as activation.
FNB calculates my amount due and debit this amount to my account. Since I had my card I never short paid or paid late once. They froze my budget facility because of my straight facility limit without consultation. I am supposed to manage this. I feel it is ridiculous because they issue statements and that must be part of the amount due. Spoke to four people at the card division and complained on the FNB portal. Would like someone at FNB to look at this from a financial/customer perspective.
My wife is trying to get dividends owed to her since May 2017. I have a lot of mails to Computershare. Every time they want other documents. She is in tears at the moment. They will not assist her in the branch or in her home language...... I am so frustrated.
Last year I bought a new vehicle and retention just keep you on hold until the call times out. Same thing happened today. I am not doing business with them again....My other vehicle has a Tracker. Immediate response first time every time.

No joy.....Phoned at 16h55 no answer , waited........No Flowers........Checked my bank, the money was reserved. They had both our phone numbers not even a call. y was reserved..Bitterly dissapointed . .....Please cancel order.
