Terrible service and attitude

<p>Despite having to pay 80% of the fee upfront, and recieving threatening messages after the first visit to the site about the second payment, my pergola is not complete after 5 months.</p> <p>What has been completed to date is falling down and there is no end in site. Jan, the installer having told me to f##k off and that he will 'do nothing' about refunding me or finishing the installation. Do not use these people, they have no concept of customer service and the positive reviews are evidently posted by the company. You will notice a similar trend in the poor comments, ignore them at your own cost.</p> <p> </p>
