<p>On 2016/9/23 I fitted 2 new tyres. I was told to go to HQ to heat something. This seemed odd at the time. Kwik fit  tried to do the wheelalignment on my car. They "bashed" so hard on my steeringweel. The owner was not near or investigated it. I was told by a sales lady I have to go to the Opel garage to reset my steeringweel only Opel garage knows how to do it. I asked for a print out of my wheelalignment they said the machine is warm it cant print out now. when driving home, the car went left, the steeringwheel was not straight. I went to a fitment centre in my town, luckily they could do the wheelalignment which cost me again 250r. And fix my steeringwheel at about 95% straight. now the panel ontop of my steeringwheel is coming lose, I phoned the manager of kwikfit on 2016/12/01 all he could say is maybe the people of the fitment centre in my town did something. and he is sorry.. he did reimburse me for the wheelalignment yes because it was never done, how could they do it if they broke off a nut at the wheel. the owner of the fitment centre told me that you wont be able to fix that nut and the day before I did outer cv joints and tie-rod ends and it is at this tie-rod ends that a nut was broken off by kwik fit. I am highly very very upset angry. What will it cost me now to fix my steering weel. I dont drive a new car its a opel kadett 1997 model but i take pride in my car and see to it that it is in running order.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
